Selling a property:

A virtual tour should provide the viewer with a complete tour of the property, not just 3 or 4 of the best rooms in the house!

This might seem obvious, but is crucial.  It's amazing how many incomplete virtual tours we see that do not give a true reflection of the house.

A virtual tour should set appropriate expectations of the property and help qualify your sales leads.

We recommend that a virtual tour should:

include all rooms (good & bad!)
include outside scenes of the garden and other out-houses
should be correctly lit, exposed & focused
should not be a tiny/small window!
should have hot-spots to imitate moving through the property room to room

Remember: we can provide full-screen, hi-resolution CD-ROMs of all virtual tours for you to show properties from your PC or copy and send out to prospects.  All our CD-ROMs are branded with your company branding.

A virtual tour will help you sell a property quickly and easily by giving the property a maximum amount of exposure.  Rather than just seeing a floor plan or a sketch of the home, you can see full colour, 360° views of properties, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.  It's as if you were actually standing there.  This will help people make decisions more quickly, conveniently, and confidently.

We all know the saying “A picture is worth a thousand words” so in comparison “A virtual tour is worth ten thousand words.” Virtual tours provide consumers with a complete view rather than segments that leave questions and uncertainties in their minds.

A Full 360 virtual tour allows you to move easily between different rooms or places by using hotspots and obtain an overall picture of the property. Hotspots guide the visitor through doors into other rooms, down different streets or around corners - places that a single picture only alludes to.
